Sean Brady will fight Gabriel Bonfim in the UFC Vegas 124 main event a week after Halloween.
UFC Vegas 124 is set to take place on the night of Nov. 7 inside Meta Apex in Enterprise, NV. With still more than two months away from the event, UFC officials are starting to put together the promotion's first card of the year's penultimate month.
At the moment, there isn't much known as to who will fight on UFC Vegas 124 that November Saturday night. Over the weekend, however, fans learned who will set foot inside the fabled Octagon in the evening's main event.
During the telecast of UFC 330 from Philadelphia on Saturday night, it was revealed that welterweight action will serve as the focus of the UFC Vegas 124 main event from the Apex. No. 5 contender Sean Brady (19-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) fights No. 6 contender Gabriel Bonfim (20-1 MMA, 7-1 UFC) in a five-round contest at five minutes per round.

It was just over three months ago when he last fought under the UFC promotional banner. On the evening of May 9, Brady versed Joaquin Buckley (21-8 MMA, 11-6 UFC) inside Prudential Center in Newark, NJ during UFC 328.
Buckley will also be headed to the Cleveland State campus on Saturday night for RAF 12. He'll be wrestling Tyron Woodley on the North Coast.
Prior to Brady's loss against Michael Morales last fall, he had won three fights in succession dating back to 2022, beginning with a contest versus Kelvin Gastelum by third-round submission due to a kimura choke.

He'll be fighting his second main event on as many shows when he meets Sean Brady on Nov. 7.
By the time the cage door shuts that Saturday evening, 151 days will have elapsed between fights for Bonfim. Whether he'll be able to extend his current winning streak to a seventh bout remains to be seen.
