Adrian Lee Returns At ONE 172, Two Additional Striking Showcases Added

ONE 172: Takeru vs. Rodtang continues getting packed. ONE Championship revealed even more exciting matchups for the star-studded card on Sunday, March 23. One of the most exciting additions is the return of teen sensation Adrian Lee.

Adrian Lee Meets Shozo Isojima March 23

The youngest Lee family member made his professional debut at ONE 167 in June 2024 with a second-round submission win. He returned at ONE 168: Denver with a first-round submission win against Nico Cornejo. Now, Adrian Lee heads to Japan for the latest challenge of his young career.

Unbeaten Shozo Isojima has already compiled five wins and hopes to make a splash against Adrian Lee. Isojima had four matches in 2024, and staying active has made his game more complex. The Japanese talent will offer more wrinkles for Lee to contend with in the Saitama Super Arena.

Striker’s Delights Compliment Adrian Lee Fight at ONE 172

Also announced was a flyweight Muay Thai showdown between Yodlekpet Or Atchariya and Shimon Yoshinari. Shimon had a successful ONE debut and now draws a talented Thai striker for his return home. Yodlekpet has been a consistent force on ONE Friday Fights and gets a chance to shine on a bigger stage.

In a flyweight kickboxing bout, a new Japanese star could be born. The fast-rising Hyu Iwata is undefeated with a perfect 10-0. His ONE tenure has already shown his talent level with two wins, one by TKO.

The always-aggressive Zakaria El Jamari will be the man looking to add the first loss to his record. El Jamari has flashed brilliance but has struggled to consistently get the result he wants. With his back against the wall, he will be at his most dangerous.
