The main card of “Bellator 151: Warren vs. Caldwell” on March 4 continues to get better with a great featherweight match-up between Arizona State-alum Bubba Jenkins and young, surging Japanese finisher Goiti Yamauchi.

The bout was confirmed through Press Release on Friday, after being reported by Jenkins himself a few weeks back.

Jenkins (10-2) has established a record of 7-2 inside the Bellator MMA cage since debuting with the promotion in 2013. After suffering a tough submission loss to former WSOF champion Georgi Karakhanyan early in the year, Jenkins capped-off 2015 with two-straight wins, including a stoppage over Joe Wilk and a hard-fought split decision win over fellow prospect Jordan Parsons.

23-year-old Yamauchi (19-2) is 5-1 since debuting for Bellator in late-2013. Japan’s Yamauchi has won three-straight including two submission victories of Isao Kobayashi and Martin Stapleton and a UD over long-time Bellator stand-out Mike Richman. He was out of action for majority of last year before submitting Kobayashi in late-October.
