Lamnamoonlek Torfunfarm details his approach to defeating Panpayak Jitmuangnon ahead of Inner Circle 32 Showdown
Lamnamoonlek Torfunfarm believes Panpayak Jitmuangnon’s defensive style leaves one opening, and he plans to attack it when they meet at The Inner Circle 32.
Lamnamoonlek Torfunfarm has identified what he considers Panpayak Jitmuangnon’s biggest vulnerability ahead of their flyweight kickboxing main event at The Inner Circle 32 on Sept. 25. The two Thai veterans will meet at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, with the matchup set to headline ONE Championship’s latest event.
The WMC World Champion believes Panpayak is particularly difficult to beat because of his patient, counter-focused style. Lamnamoonlek said the seven-time Muay Thai World Champion rarely gives opponents momentum unless he is dropped or stopped. That has shaped his approach to the fight.
Lamnamoonlek Torfunfarm Plans to Test Panpayak Jitmuangnon With More Punches
Lamnamoonlek does not intend to wait for Panpayak to make the first move. He plans to use his left kick to create openings while increasing the volume of his punches compared with his usual approach. As he explained:
“While I am a technical fighter, I still walk forward and brawl at times. I can fight in multiple styles. So for this fight, if he doesn’t press forward, I definitely will keep the fight exciting.
“As for my weapons, it’ll be the same foundation: me using my left kick to open up attacks. But this fight, you’ll probably see me throw more punches than usual because punches are his weak spot.”
The plan comes after Lamnamoonlek admitted that he became too aggressive in his previous kickboxing appearance against Yuan Pengjie. He said he chased a knockout, became careless, and was dropped in the opening round before losing a close unanimous decision. That defeat snapped a three-fight promotional winning streak.
Against Panpayak, Lamnamoonlek says he will still bring pressure while trying to avoid the same mistake. He is also targeting a stoppage, saying he wants to finally earn a bonus since joining ONE.

A win over Panpayak could carry significance beyond another entry on Lamnamoonlek’s record. He described the matchup as the biggest fight of his ONE career because of Panpayak’s reputation and experience.
Lamnamoonlek also wondered whether the winner could be rewarded with a US$100,000 main-roster ONE contract. He acknowledged that he is coming off a loss, but pointed to the level of opponent he has been matched with as evidence that he remains in meaningful fights.
For Lamnamoonlek, that makes the Sept. 25 meeting about more than stopping one of Thailand’s most decorated strikers. He is looking to prove that he can correct the mistake that cost him last time, exploit what he sees as Panpayak’s weakness, and potentially turn a major win into the biggest opportunity of his ONE career.
