At UFC 326, a new BMF Champion was born. Netting his second victory in a row, former lightweight king Charles Oliveira stemmed the rise of Hawaiian striking genius Max Holloway in a blowout performance. Using his elite grappling to shut down “Blessed”’s standup game, the Brazilian found little difficulty in taking home the unanimous decision.

In the co-main event, Caio Borralho repositioned himself near the top of the heap at middleweight by toppling previous ONE Championship juggernaut Reinier de Ridder. Stuffing nearly all of the Dutchman’s takedown attempts, “The Natural’s” superior punching power made the difference in the eyes of the judges despite being outlander in total strikes by his opponent.

These are the most interesting post-event tidbits about the main card of UFC 326:

UFC 326: Gregory Rodrigues def. Brunno Ferreira

Gregory Rodrigues

Rodrigues’ win over Ferreira is his third consecutive win since June 2025, with two of those victories coming by first-round knockout. 12 of his 19 professional wins have now come by way of strikes.

His triumph over Ferreira also netted him a Performance of the Night bonus, making it the sixth post-fight bonus of his UFC tenure.

Brunno Ferreira

Ferreira’s loss to Rodrigues brought to an end his former three-bout winning streak. It also was his second loss by first round knockout as a professional since being starched by Nursulton Ruziboev back in 2023. All of his losses have come inside the UFC, with all of them ending in finishes.

UFC 326: Drew Dober def. Michael Johnson

Drew Dober

Dober’s win over Johnson is his ninth victory in row that has come via knockout. It’s also the first time in eight contests spanning three years that he has faced off with an adversary older than him since battling King Green at UFC Vegas 66.

His UFC record now stands at 15-11 with one no-contest

Michael Johnson

Johnson’s loss to Dober is his first loss since 2023, ending his previous three-fight win streak. It is also the third time in his professional career that he has lost by strikes in the second round.

His appearance at UFC 326 was the second time in a row that he has fought on the main card of a numbered event.

UFC 326: Raul Rosas Jr. def. Rob Font

Raul Rosas Jr.

Rosas’ win over Font is his fifth triumph in succession. It was the second time over the course of his run that he had been outstruck in total significant strikes.

His 16 landed takedowns on Font also awarded him the accolade of the second most takedowns landed in a UFC bantamweight bout. He is now 3-1 when fighting on numbered cards.

Rob Font

Font’s loss to Rosas Jr. is his second consecutive loss. Exiting UFC 326, he has now lost nine tilts by decision.

He is now 2-4 in his last six bouts.

UFC 326: Caio Borralho def. Reinier de Ridder

Caio Borralho

Borralho’s win over de Ridder is his first triumph over an individual who had held a championship in a major promotion. While he did beat out his opponent in significant blows landed, de Ridder still managed to accrue more total strikes.

His appearance at UFC 326 is also his first non-main event fight since facing Paul Craig at UFC 301.

Reinier de Ridder

de Ridder has now lost two scraps in a row. His loss to Borralho was the first time he had been beaten as a professional by decision.

Following UFC 326, his UFC record now stands at 4-2 since joining the promotion in 2024

UFC 326: Charles Oliveira def. Max Holloway

Charles Oliveira

Oliveira’s win over Holloway is his 37th as a professional. It was also just his fifth that had come by way of the judge’s scorecards. His winning of the BMF title serves as the first time he has held a championship in the UFC since defending the lightweight strap at UFC 274.

He now has the second most amount of victories in UFC history, behind only Jim Miller at 27.

Max Holloway

Holloway’s loss to Oliveira was the end of his tenure as BMF Champion after defending the championship once against Dustin Poirier last year. It also marked the most he had ever been brought down in a UFC bout, with him surrendering five takedowns

He is now 6-2 in the lightweight division
