The co-main event featured former light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira making his heavyweight debut against Cyril Gane, ultimately suffering a TKO defeat after being repeatedly caught by the French contender's jab. In the main event, Justin Gaethje defeated Ilia Topuria via doctor's stoppage between the fourth and fifth rounds to capture the featherweight title.
