MMASucka Staff Picks and Betting Odds: PFL MENA 2 (2025)

Setting the table for a brilliant day of fights at The Green Halls in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the PFL will put on their second MENA show of the year, PFL MENA 2 with a main card packed with some of the best competitors in the world. In the PFL MENA 2 main event, the promotion’s 2024 World Championships winner Omar El Dafrawy faces off with Daniele Miceli, while top prospects Mohammad Alaqraa and Omar Hussein lock horns in the second to last scrap of the evening.

PFL MENA 2 Main Event

Coming out on top last November at the aforementioned championships with a knockout win over Alaqraa, El Dafrawy launched himself into the big time by earning his first PFL strap. Now with a second title firmly in his sights, he will attempt a repeat run in the 170-lb tournament with another solid performance in the headlining contest of PFL MENA 2.

Hailing from Italy, Miceli looked to be a strong contender to snatch company gold last year at the PFL Europe: 2024 Championships, making it all the way to the bracket’s finals. That was until he was submitted in the first round by the talented Florim Zendeli. Now gearing up for a new chance at PFL stardom, “The Cyborg” is on the hunt for a splendid win in his first main event showing of 2025.

PFL MENA 2 Co-Main Event

Coming out of the touted Team Alpha Male gym, Hussein has enjoyed a solid two-fight win streak after suffering his last defeat in late 2023. Endeavoring to make it three in a row at PFL MENA 2, “187” has the opportunity to blast his way into the welterweight semi finals by turning away another formidable standout in Alaqraa.

Seeking to make a comeback after losing for the first time in his career in his last Smart Cage outing, Alaqraa is hungry to make it back to another championship opportunity. Having once stood on the precipice of a major world title, the American Kickboxing product has just one goal on his mind heading into PFL MENA 2: put on an unforgettable performance.

More Bouts On the Main Card

Also on the main card of PFL MENA 2, the promotion  is offering viewers an additional nine bouts on the night, with matchups ranging from the bantamweight and welterweight classes. There will also be a special amateur fight showcase at 160-lb between Abdulaziz bin Moammar and Hassan Ahmed Mohamed in PFL MENA 2.
