UFC Kansas City is here! Later on tonight, T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, MO is the host venue for the last UFC event before the calendar hits May this coming Thursday. After a successful weigh-in window yesterday morning, all 14 fights are confirmed to be going ahead as scheduled this evening.

Tonight’s card begins with the prelims at 6 pm ET/ 3 pm PT on ESPN+ before moving onto the main card at 9 pm ET/ 6 pm PT. Due to ESPN proper airing the UFL tonight after the NFL Draft concludes, the main card is on ESPN2.
UFC Kansas City Main Event
At the top of the bill tonight, you’ll see a welterweight fight between No. 7 contender Ian Machado Garry (15-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) and No. 13 contender Carlos Prates (21-4 MMA, 4-0 UFC). This main event is an advertised maximum of five rounds at five minutes per round to close out the show.
UFC Kansas City Co-Main Event
Immediately prior to the headlining affair, the co-main event sees a veteran competitor make the walk for the final time in a featherweight contest. No. 15 contender Anthony Smith (38-21 MMA, 13-11 UFC) meets Mingyang Zhang (18-6 MMA, 2-0 UFC). This fight is three rounds at five minutes per round.
