KSW is set for another spring showdown with KSW 116 set for Saturday, March 14, 2026, from the Arena Gorzow located in Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland. The night’s main event will feature a welterweight championship showdown as champion Adrian Bartosinski (18-1) will defend his welterweight crown for the fifth time as champion against new challenger, Madars Fleminas (14-7).

The co-main event for KSW 116 is set to feature top-tier light heavyweights as Damian Piwowarczyk will enter the cage with Sergiusz Zajac. KSW 116 will air internationally on KSWtv or stream via the KSW app.

KSW 116 Main Event: Adrian Bartosinski vs Madars Fleminas (Welterweight Title)

In the night’s main event, Adrian Bartosinski will defend his welterweight title for the fifth time, this time against the Latvian, Madars Fleminas. Bartosinski won the welterweight title back at KSW 81 when he defeated Artur Szczepaniak in April 2023. With 18 wins in his professional career, 14 have come by finish with 12 of those by KO/TKO. Bartosinski initially won the championship at KSW 81 where he would defeat Artur Szczepaniak with a barrage of first-round strikes.

In what could be considered the biggest victory of his career, Bartosinski would go on to defeat the rising star and multiple-division champion Salahdine Parnasse via decision. Since the Parnasse victory, Bartosinski has gone 3-1 with his only loss to legendary mixed martial artist Mamed Khalidov at KSW 100.

Fleminas enters the contest coming off of a close split-decision victory over Tymoteusz Lopaczyk at KSW 110 in September 2025. He has remained active since then though, earning a decision victory over Raivo Aukstikalnis in a kickboxing bout in January 2026. Overall in KSW, Fleminas is 2-3 with his losses coming by decision, showing he is very difficult to take out of action.

Prior to entering KSW, Fleminas spent many bouts under the Cage Warriors banner competing 11 times. In his career, Fleminas has secured 14 wins with eight of those coming by a finish, seven of those by KO/TKO.

KSW 116 Co-Main Event: Damian Piwowarczyk vs Sergiusz Zajac

The 28-year old light heavyweight, Damian Piwowarczyk, enters the KSW cage for the 12th time of his young career. With 10 victories under his belt, nine of those have come by finish. Piwowarczyk has shown he has finishing ability with five KO/TKOs and four submission wins. His lone decision win came in his professional debut. Most recently, Piwowarczyk is coming off of a first-round submission win over a previously undefeated Cedric Lushima at KSW 107 back in June 2025.

Sergiusz Zajac is a very dangerous striker in his own right coming into KSW 116 with eight of his nine professional bouts coming by way of KO/TKO. Zajac has been perfect in KSW with a 3-0 record, most recently earning a first-round TKO victory at KSW 110 in September 2025 over Mariusz Ksiazkiewicz. Not only does Zajac earn big finishing wins, he earns them quickly. Seven of his last eight bouts (all victories) have ended in the first frame of action. There is no doubt this matchup can earn Fight of the Night honors and end with no judges required.

Another Key Fighter to Watch at KSW 116

A mainstay of the organization since the 2020 Tylko Jeden 2 card, Tomasz Romanowski (19-11), will enter the KSW cage for the 15th time seeking his 11th KSW victory. The 37-year old has shown he can earn the victory in a multitude of methods with seven KO/TKOs on his resume as well as 11 decision nods. After a three-fight losing skid, Romanowski turned it around with a big victory at KSW 112 in November 2025. Look for the veteran to try and string together another big KSW winning streak.
