Norma Dumont Has Heated Face-Off With Ailin Perez, Gives Her Gift

Moving into tomorrow night’s co-main event spot, Norma Dumont and Ailin Perez will meet in an intriguing clash at 135lbs.

The two women have developed genuine bad blood and appear more than ready to settle their differences inside the Octagon tomorrow night.

Ahead of their highly anticipated meeting, both women successfully made weight on Friday afternoon, with Dumont and Perez each coming in at 136lbs.

The real fireworks came moments later during the traditional face-off. The Brazilian and Argentine squared up, and, predictably, tensions quickly boiled over. The two fighters had to be separated by officials, although Dumont could be seen smiling throughout the heated confrontation.

It was then that Dumont surprised everyone by presenting her opponent with an unexpected gift.

Norma Dumont Gifts Perez Questionable Present

Dumont went to her pocket to get condoms out and throw them at Perez, followed by dollar bills, having previously called her a 'prostitute' in the past.

Speaking to the UFC earlier this week, the Brazilian said, "She keeps posting sh*t online and then when we meet, she gets desperate". Dumont went on to say, "It's all good on my side, I can see her every day, I can easily coexist with her. But she talks online and face to face, she's terrified to see me, she can't even look at me."

She finished by saying, "I'm super chill, I'm very happy, very excited; this was the most exciting training camp I've ever had because it's a bit personal".

Elsewhere on the card, Raoni Barcelos and Raul Rosas Jr. meet in the main event at bantamweight. Questions have to be asked if the Mexican can take the step up in his first main event or whether the experienced Brazilian can get the better of the prospect.
