Khaos Williams scored two mean knockdowns early into the fight, but  he never came close to landing a knockout strike. Williams’ initial inside kicks and swift combinations seemed to have their desired effect. Despite the impact, Soldic was swiftly back on his feet soon after.

Williams was going for one big shot after another, hoping to overwhelm Soldic, whereas Soldic kept his attacks consistent, landing multiple blows on Williams throughout the three rounds.

Williams' determination to counter and land shots in succession eventually led Soldic to go for a takedown. However, he wasn’t able to inflict much damage before the first round ended. The former two-weight KSW champion started to jump back into his rhythm from the second round on. He ultimately ended up on top, showering Williams with vicious ground and pound.

By the third round, the Croatian kept his left hand as his lead weapon while being cautious not to overextend himself. Before the fight ended, there was another beautiful takedown from him. Williams looked visibly exhausted while Robocop was agile as ever.

By the end, cage-side judges scored the fight 29-28, 29-27 and 29-27 to give Soldic the win. After this magnificent victory, the fans are definitely hyped about what is coming next for him.

Roberto Soldic has only good words for opponent Khaos Williams

After securing a brilliant victory in his UFC debut, Roberto Soldic was quick to praise the American crowd. In his post-fight interview, he said, “I like USA crowd,”. But most importantly, he had much appreciation for the man he just faced within the cage.

“I see experience. Khaos is an amazing fighter. He dropped me with a good right hook," he said. “When he touches somebody, it’s done. He hits hard and is a really good opponent. A tough opponent is good to welcome me here. An experienced guy, but I’ve fought many good guys, and Khaos is one of them”.

When asked about who he wants to fight next, Robocop kept it discreet.

“I don’t want to call out anyone. It’s up to Hunter , Dana White, and Sean Shelby.”

The fighter is planning to move forward with whomever the promotion decides to match him up with.

“They need to send, and I’ll accept. I will fight with anyone.”
