Countryman Vitor Belfort had a homecoming for the ages in the main event versus Luke Rockhold.
Belfort came out throwing some fancy kicks early in the fight against Rockhold, but it was the second go-round with his spinning back-kick that dropped the American.
“The Phenom” is now on a two fight winning streak and will look to get another top notch opponent for his next bout.
In the co-main event at UFC on FX 8 Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza made quite the impression on fans in his UFC debut.
Jacare made quick work of Chris Camozzi, as he locked in a tight arm-triangle choke in the very first round.
Souza called out the winner of the main event between Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold following the fight.
