In what will be the promotion’s 23rd outing to the city, UFC Abu Dhabi offers fight fans a spectacular light heavyweight showdown when former champion Magomed Ankalaev  faces the Uzbekistan contender Bogdan Guskov. In the second-to-last match of the evening, one-time title challenger Steve Erceg defends his flyweight rankings against the touted knockout artist Ramazan Temirov.

Continuing his warpath towards the title, “Astro Boy” knows that he cannot afford any more setbacks as he aims to keep his coveted position in the winner’s circle after UFC Abu Dhabi.

Compiling a 2-0 record in the promotion after making his UFC debut in 2024, Temirov stands as one of the preeminent unranked flyweights in the entire organization. Seeking to claim his third straight win in a row, “Temurlan” could earn a number next to his name come next week if he can defeat the stellar Australian.
