3 Must-See Reasons to Watch The Inner Circle 22 on July 17

The Inner Circle 22 is set to deliver five explosive matchups across submission grappling, kickboxing, and Muay Thai on Friday, July 17.
The card is headlined by a ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Championship rematch four years in the making, as Jonathan Di Bella puts his title on the line against the Chinese striker who pushed him hardest the first time around.
Alongside the title fight, American grappling sensation Helena Crevar makes her second ONE Championship appearance, and two bantamweight kickboxing veterans collide in a high-stakes bounce-back bout to open the show.
From title gold to grappling excellence and kickboxing warfare, The Inner Circle 22 delivers something for every combat sports fan from the first fight to the last. And fans can watch all the action exclusively on live.onefc.com.
Here are the three biggest reasons you cannot afford to miss it.
#1 A World Title Rematch Between Top Kickboxers
ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan Di Bella defends his crown against Chinese striker Zhang Peimian in the main event. The two met for the first time in 2022, where Di Bella claimed the vacant title via unanimous decision. More than three years later, both fighters are significantly different propositions than they were that night.
Di Bella, 29, arrives on a three-fight winning streak that includes victories over Sam-A Gaiyanghadao and Prajanchai PongSuphan PK, two of the most respected names in the division. The Italian-Canadian southpaw lost and reclaimed his crown between then and now, and the 15-1 career record (including five wins in ONE) he carries into the rematch reflects a champion who has navigated adversity and come out stronger on the other side.
Zhang, 22, is just as motivated. The Shengli Fight Club high-volume striker is riding a two-bout winning streak and enters the tilt as one of the most dangerous young strikers in the division with a 20-5 career record. The Chinese fighter wants the belt that slipped away in their first meeting.
#2 American Sensation Helena Crevar Returns for Her Second ONE Appearance
Crevar made one of the most explosive ONE debuts in recent memory, submitting her opponent via Estima lock in just 100 seconds earlier this year.
The 19-year-old Las Vegas native and 2025 IBJJF No-Gi World Champion is back for her second promotional appearance, facing debutant Paige Ivette Clymer in an openweight submission grappling contest. She has won her last 20 bouts and arrives in exceptional form.
Clymer is no ordinary debut opponent. The 33-year-old Legion American Jiu Jitsu standout brings a decorated grappling resume that includes the 2021 IBJJF No-Gi World Title at purple belt and a finals appearance at the ADCC West Coast Trials in 2022. She has since secured a place at the ADCC World Championship, giving her credentials that make her one of the more accomplished debutants.
Two technically gifted grapplers with aggressive submission-hunting games sharing the mat for the first time makes for an openweight bout that could end at any moment.
#3 Two Bantamweight Kickboxers Look to Bounce Back in the Opening Bout
Japan's Yuki Yoza and England's Ben Woolliss meet in the opening bout of The Inner Circle 22, two recognizable bantamweight kickboxing names with something significant to prove after difficult recent outings.
Yoza built serious momentum in 2025 with three consecutive victories over Elbrus Osmanov, former ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Petchtanong Petchfergus, and "The Kicking Machine" Superlek. That earned him a World Title shot against Jonathan Haggerty in April 2026. He fell short in that challenge, and he arrives at The Inner Circle 22 with a 22-3 record and the desire to reestablish himself as the division's most dangerous contender.
Woolliss has his own comeback story. The 32-year-old British fighter battled a life-threatening illness before returning to competition, made a victorious debut by defeating former ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion John Lineker, but he suffered a loss in his last outing.
A win over a former title challenger of Yoza's caliber would send a message to the entire bantamweight kickboxing division and mark a significant step in Woolliss's return to the top of the contender pile.
