Steven Seagal, most known now a days for inventing and teaching the KO front kick to Lyoto Machida and Anderson Silva, showed the audience of the UFC 148 open workouts the effectiveness of his techniques on Strikeforce light heavyweight Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante.
Feijao looked overwhelmed by the speed and angles of Seagal’s attacks.
Thank goodness they were only sparring.
