Marcos Degli set for UFC debut against Mitch Raposo

The Brazilian flyweight will make his UFC debut against the American fighter at UFC Vegas 124 in November.
Marcos Degli already has his UFC debut booked. Shortly after earning a UFC contract on Dana White's Contender Series, the Brazilian flyweight is set to face Mitch Raposo at UFC Vegas 124 on Nov. 7 in Las Vegas. The matchup was first reported by Ag Fight.
Marcos Degli Set for UFC Debut
Degli earned his UFC contract after submitting Paris Moran with a standing one-armed rear-naked choke on DWCS. The 26-year-old enters the UFC on a 13-fight winning streak and holds a 15-3 professional record. The Brazilian finished 14 of his 15 victories.
Before participating at DWCS, Degli built a strong run at LFA. The Brazilian won six consecutive fights in the promotion and claimed the LFA interim flyweight title, defending it twice before being promoted to undisputed champion after Eduardo "Chapolin" Henrique vacated the belt.
Known for his extensive Muay Thai background, "Tailandês" trains alongside Carlos Prates at Vale Top Team. Prates has publicly supported his teammate's UFC aspirations, with Degli previously saying he wants to follow a similar path to his fellow Brazilian inside the promotion.
Mitch Raposo Looks for Third Straight UFC Win
Raposo enters the matchup with momentum of his own. The American flyweight has won his last two UFC fights, most recently defeating Allan Nascimento by split decision in June. The American rebounded after suffering back-to-back losses in his first two UFC appearances.
At 27 years old, Raposo made his UFC debut in 2024 and holds an 11-3 professional record. The American has four knockout/TKO victories and three submissions among his 11 wins.
Degli and Raposo are scheduled to meet at UFC Vegas 124 on Nov. 7 in Las Vegas. The event will be headlined by a welterweight bout between Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady.
