ONE FC 14: War of Nations Weigh In Results

All but two fighters have made weight ahead of Friday’s ONE FC event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The card, titled ‘War of Nations’, is headlined by a Welterweight title bout between Brock Larson and Nobutatsu Suzuki.

As previously reported, Waqar Umar’s failure to gain a visa prompted compatriot Bashir Ahmad to step-up to the plate in a match-up opposite Peter Davis on two days’ notice. Ahmad will be moving up a weight class from Featherweight to Lightweight for this bout.

Andrew Leone weighed in at 58.7kg/129-lbs, exceeding the Flyweight limit of 56.7kg/4-lbs. His bout against former Shooto champ Shinichi Kojima will now be contested at Catchweight.

Sherilyn Lim who weighed in at 55.1kg/121.47-lbs, failed to make weight for her Strawweight contest against Ann Osman. As a result, the bout has been cancelled.

ONE FC 14: War of Nations will now carry a total of nine contests, with seven bouts set for the main card. The main card streams LIVE on an online pay-per-view and airs LIVE on Star Sports in Asia.

• – Lightweight bout: Ariel Sexton (70.2kg/155-lbs) vs. Kamal Shalorus (70.3kg/155-lbs)
• – Catchweight bout: Shinichi Kojima (56.6kg/125-lbs) vs. Andrew Leone (58.7kg/129-lbs)
• – Lightweight bout: Kotetsu Boku (70.3kg/155-lbs) vs. Arnaud Lepont (69.6kg/154-lbs)
• – Lightweight bout: Bashir Ahmad (70.3kg/155-lbs) vs. Peter Davis (70.2kg/155-lbs)
