UFC 333 goes down this weekend, and we provide you with our betting tips and picks for the main card.

UFC 333 goes down this weekend live from the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. Headlining the event will be a featherweight title fight between the featherweight GOAT, Alexander Volkanovski and the undefeated Movsar Evloev.

The co-main event will see a trilogy bout between the bantamweight champion, Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili.

Elsewhere, Lone'er Kavanagh returns to action against Ramazan Temirov, Alexander Volkov meets Rizvan Kuniev and Aaron Pico faces Losene Keita, who steps in on short notice.

We provide you with our UFC 333 betting tips ahead of a big card in the Middle East.

UFC 333 Betting Tips

Lone’er Kavanagh via decision

Lone’er Kavanagh is extremely highly rated, despite being 3-2 in the UFC. The 27 year old came up short last time out when he was submitted by Brandon Royval in a fight of the night effort. Prior to that, however, he outpointed former champion, Brandon Moreno.

Expect him to be far more cautious this time, looking to stick and move and stay out of danger. He’s guilty of entering the fire and paying for it, so expect a change in this one.

His opponent, Ramzan Temirov is on a tear, winning his last 12 straight, including a three fight UFC winning run. Last time out he knocked out former title challenger, Steve Erceg in under a round. He returns just two and a half months after that performance of the night-winning effort.

Losene Keita via knockout

Losene Keita stepped up in a massive way last time out. Black Panther scored a brutal knockout in his last outing over Muhammad Naimov, dominating his opponent for the entirety of the fight. Notching a performance of the night, Keita bounced back from his debut loss at the hands of Nathaniel Wood. The former two-weight Oktagon world champion will look to neutralise Aaron Pico, who himself has struggled in the UFC.

Pico entered the UFC with a tremendous amount of hype behind him after being one of the hottest prospects in the history of the sport.

The wrestling standout was brutally knocked out on his debut as a result of a spinning elbow from Lerone Murphy. With that being said, he bounced back against Patricio Putbull last time out, albeit in a fight which was very clearly between two men who are questionably UFC-level.

Expect Pico to try and use his wrestling in this one, but Keita will be good enough to catch Pico and finish him.

Alexander Volkov vs Rizvan Kuniev to go the distance

The man who should be standing across from Ciryl Gane and competing for the UFC heavyweight title, Alexander Volkov, returns at UFC 333. Enjoying a two-fight winning run and suffering only one (controversial) loss in his last seven fights, the Russian is still a force to be reckoned with at heavyweight.

Volkov will face fellow Russian Rizvan Kuniev in Abu Dhabi. The former Eagle FC heavyweight champion is 2-1 in the UFC and is coming off a big win over Tyrell Fortune last time out. Neither man is a prolific finisher, with Volkov going the distance on 12 occasions and Kuniev on five.

Expect this one to go all three rounds and don’t expect a fight of the night.
