DWCS 96, the final episode of the 10th anniversary season of Dana White's Contender Series, is almost here. Tomorrow evening, the midweek MMA promotion's schedule of events for this season comes to a close with the final Tuesday night card at Meta Apex until next year.

Earlier Monday morning, the 10 fighters booked to appear on tomorrow night's card faced off with the scale for one last time until the 11th season of DWCS commences in summer of next year. This includes two fighters who were booked to fight two weeks ago on DWCS 94.

Ilias Bulaid vs. Erick Visconde On Again for DWCS 96 after DWCS 94 Booking PPD

At the top of the bill for DWCS 96 is a rescheduled contest from Sept. 28's DWCS 94 between Ilias Bulaid (146 lbs) and Erick Visconde (146 lbs.) This featherweight main attraction was on the books for week eight of the series and both contestants made weight for the three-round fight at five minutes per round the day before the contest.

In the last few hours before DWCS 94 was slated to commence, however, this contest was postponed after Ilias Bulaid was forced to go to a Las Vegas-area hospital to be treated for an illness. Subsequent to the Sept. 28 postponement, the matchmakers rebooked the contest for tomorrow night's season finale.

Two weeks ago today at the DWCS 94 official weigh-ins, both Bulaid and Visconde weighed-in at the featherweight nontitle maximum. 14 days removed from the weigh-in ahead of the scrubbed fight at DWCS 94, the combatants returned to tip the scales again, hitting the prescribed weight once more. All fights are an advertised three rounds at five minutes per round.
