Mizuta Hirota vs. Teruto Ishihara UFC Fight Night 75 highlights

The UFC Fight Night 75 main card, live from Saitama, Japan, kicked off with a battle of veteran savvy vs. youthful exuberance, former DEEP champion Mizuto Hirota took on Team Alpha Male affiliate Teruto Ishihara for the finals of the Japanese reality competition show, Road to the UFC Japan. With a 6 figure contract on the line, featherweights Hirota and Ishihara battled tooth and nail for their chance at Octagon stardom. In a tightly contested 3 round affair, one judge found it for Hirota, one for Ishihara, and the final judge calling it a draw. This left all parties concerned somewhat confused, though the two competitors were later mollified when UFC president Dana White announced that both men would received UFC contracts.
