UFC Presenter Shares Details on How Much was on the Line for Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 331

Arman Tsarukyan has been the talk of the MMA town ever since his knockout victory. Critics and fans alike are now rallying behind the Armenian, calling him the deserved candidate for the UFC Lightweight Championship match.

In reality, all of this would not have happened if Tsarukyan had lost to Mauricio Ruffy. Elaborating on the same, Nina Drama recently revealed how much pressure the Armenian star was under. 

Nina Drama was recently found discussing Tsarukyan with popular streamer N3ON. When the streamer asked her why she was overjoyed following Ruffy’s knockout, Drama stated that if the bout did not turn out as it did, Tsarukyan’s UFC career would be as good as over. 

Shedding light on the matter, Drama said, “If he loses to number 7 ranked Lightweight, it’s gonna take him years to get back. It’s also not a lot of people want to fight him because he’s really good. Let’s just say by chance he did lose to Ruffy, there’s not a lot of other guys that would risk fighting Arman because they want the title too.”

Thankfully, in the end, everything panned out well for Tsarukyan. And ‘Ahalkalakets’ is now super focused on clinching the lightweight title. 

Arman Tsarukyan Calls Out Justin Gaethje

Tsarukyan is not wasting any time in shooting his shots. After a significant amount of delay, the Armenian fighter has managed to sniff the blood. Right after his victory, ‘Ahalkalakets’ called out the champion, Gaethje. And he also demanded that if ‘The Highlight’ was not in a state to compete now, he must vacate the title. 

Tsarukyan said, “I wanna fight for the title. If he wants to wait without a reason, he should leave the title, and we fight for the interim. For me, it doesn't matter who I'm gonna fight, but I need a title fight."

With Tsarukyan calling the shots now, fans will be eager to see how the UFC responds.
