Anthony Wint booked for second Octagon appearance at UFC 332
The undefeated heavyweight will return to the Octagon just over a month after making his UFC debut.
Anthony Wint won't have to wait long for his second UFC fight. The undefeated heavyweight has been booked to face Lucas Armand at UFC 332 on Oct. 3 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The promotion announced the matchup during the broadcast of Dana White's Contender Series 91 on Tuesday.
Anthony Wint Gets Quick Turnaround
Wint is wasting little time between his UFC appearances. In early August, the American secured his UFC contract after competing on DWCS and defeating Matthew Adams by TKO in just 34 seconds of the opening round. Over a week later, Wint stepped inside the Octagon for his promotional debut and submitted Terrance Chatman in the first round. Now, the heavyweight is expected to return to the cage just over a month after his last appearance. The bout will also mark Wint's fourth fight of 2026, as he previously won the vacant Fury FC heavyweight title in March.
Before transitioning to MMA, Wint played professional football and had a brief stint with the New York Jets in the NFL. The 31-year-old has been competing in MMA since 2023 and holds an 8-0 record.
Armand, meanwhile, will make his UFC debut with an undefeated 6-0 record. The American fighter, who holds the heavyweight title at Michigan-based regional promotion War at the Wex, has finished five of his six professional victories.
UFC 332 will be headlined by Natalia Silva and Wang Cong, who will face off for the women's flyweight title. The event will also feature a bantamweight bout between former UFC flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo and rising prospect Payton Talbott.
