PFL Chicago adds three fights to upcoming card in October

The PFL Chicago card has added three new matchups. The promotion has announced that Denis Goltsov will face Maxwell Djantou Nana at heavyweight, while Sarvarjon Khamidov takes on Rafael Do Nascimento at bantamweight and Alexander Shabliy meets Landry Ward at lightweight. The event will also feature a bout between Liz Carmouche and Jena Bishop for the inaugural women's flyweight title.

PFL Chicago Adds Three New Matchups

A former PFL Heavyweight Tournament winner in 2024, Goltsov enters the matchup looking to build on his recent win over Hasan Mezhiev after losing to Corey Anderson in July 2025. The Russian is a longtime veteran of the sport with a 37-9 professional record. On the other hand, Nana turned professional in 2022 and owns a 9-2 record. The Cameroonian fighter will also look to keep his momentum going after winning his last two appearances.

At bantamweight, Khamidov brings a 17-1 record into his matchup with Nascimento. The Russian bounced back in his last appearance in June after suffering the first defeat of his professional career to Magomed Magomedov in June 2025. Nascimento, meanwhile, enters the bout riding a four-fight winning streak. At 34 years old, the Brazilian owns a 13-3 record.

Finally, Shabliy will return to action against Ward in a lightweight bout. Owning a 25-4 record, this will be the Russian's second appearance since being defeated by Usman Nurmagomedov for the Bellator lightweight title in September 2024. Meanwhile, Ward enters the matchup with an 11-3 record and has won his last three appearances.

With the three additions, the PFL Chicago card continues to take shape, with several established names and promising fighters now scheduled to compete. The event will take place at Wintrust Arena in Chicago on Oct. 16.
