Cachoeira is going through a difficult period. Since 2023, the Brazilian has struggled inside the Octagon, going 1-5 during that stretch. Cachoeira is currently riding a three-fight losing streak and enters the bout looking to return to winning ways. At 38 years old, "Zombie Girl" holds a 13-9 professional record.

Milosevic, meanwhile, finds herself in a different moment in her career. The Serbian prospect is expected to make her second UFC appearance after an impressive promotional debut. In August, Milosevic stopped Hailey Cowan with first-round body shots to earn her first victory inside the Octagon. At 30 years old, "Queen Beast" holds a 9-1 professional record.

The bout adds another women's matchup to an already stacked card. The event will be headlined by Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady, while Virna Jandiroba is expected to face Tatiana Suarez in a women's strawweight matchup. UFC Vegas 124 is scheduled for Nov. 7 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
