Matchmaking Jasmine Jasudavicius After Big Win at Home in Canada

Jasmine Jasudavicius continues her good run of form as she outpoints Erin Blanchfield. We look at what could be next for the Canadian.
Matchmaking Jasmine Jasudavicius
Wang Cong
Although Jasudavicius is ranked higher than Wang Cong, the Chinese flyweight holds the honour of being the last woman to compete for the title. Although she was proven to be nowhere near championship level yet, she got the experience of fighting for five rounds and has now headlined a premium live event, something that few women in the flyweight division can boast.
A win over a previous title challenger for Jasudavicius would look good on her record, although she might not need to fight so far down the rankings next.
Manon Fiorot Rematch
The Manon Fiorot rematch makes a lot of sense for Jasmine Jasudavicius. Alexa Grasso will likely get the next title shot, meaning that Jasudavicius will likely not get a look in. The only blemish on Jasudavicius' record since 2023 is her first-round loss to Fiorot.
The Frenchwoman knocked Jasudavicius out in just 1:14 last year; however, she lost her title eliminator fight against Grasso in convincing fashion last time out at UFC Noche.
She's in need of a win, and although the rematch would be soon after their first bout, it makes sense.
