Jake Paul is finally ready to return to the boxing ring a year after his injury, and already has a huge list of desired matchups.

The knockout loss against Anthony Joshua came in at the 1:31 mark of the sixth round, but Jake Paul lost more than just the bout, suffering a double broken-jaw injury, which required multiple surgeries and titanium plates. Finally medically cleared to fight after nearly a year, the influencer boxer has returned with the exact gusto.

Canelo Alvarez, Conor McGregor Join The Wish List

Jake Paul definitely hasn't lost his step despite just coming out of his career's biggest hiatus. Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) co-founder Nakisa Bidarian first broke the news of the boxer's recovery.

ā€œJake Paul has been cleared to return to the boxing ring šŸš€," Paul's business partner wrote on X.

With that obstacle now out of the way, 'The Problem Child' is focused on advancing his pro boxing career, after already picking up wins over Mike Tyson, Anderson Silva, and Nate Diaz. The list is stacked, to say the least.

"Before I rest… Canelo Alvarez Francis Ngannou Conor McGregor (Boxing & MMA) Sean Strickland Darren Till Ryan Garcia KSI Chris Eubank Edgar Berlanga Tom Aspinall (Boxing) Deontay Wilder Nate Diaz (MMA) Midget who ruined our fight World Title Make it happen @nakisabidarian," Paul wrote on X, tagging the MVP co-owner.

Although packed with high-profile fighters, some challengers mentioned have long passed their prime. Boxing legend Canelo Alvarez has already had 60+ outings and seems to have lost some of his edge, especially after his heartbreaking loss to Terence Crawford.

UFC phenom Conor McGregor shares a similar story. The Irishman's long-anticipated return to the Octagon ended in just 69 seconds after he tore his ACL. Although currently recovering, McGregor's fire still hasn't diminished.

With one fight left in his UFC contract, however, the 'Notorious' plans to focus on his BKFC promotion after becoming a free agent. Sean Strickland also made the list after an interesting back-and-forth on social media, following pay disputes.

Jake Paul Accepts Sean Strickland's Offer After Clash Over Pay

The middleweight king Sean Strickland has been vying for his first title defense since UFC 328 for a long time. After 'Tarzan' demanded $1 million for a clash against Nassourdine Imavov, however, the talks fell by the wayside. Apparently, UFC couldn't figure out the reasoning behind a seven-figure payout for one of its biggest names, despite having paid bigger paychecks earlier.

That frustration spilled over on X (formerly Twitter), with Strickland even hinting at frayed edges with the UFC. Proposing to vacate his belt to move up to 205 lbs and speed-run his contract, Tarzan contemplated a move to pro boxing.

Jake Paul jumped on that opportunity, keeping MVP's doors open to the UFC middleweight.

"Sean Strickland I see your texts but are you out of contract? Tell your ā€œpromoterā€ to call MVP."

The Problem Child also directly addressed the financial melee.

"If you want your fair share call MVP when you are free."

Clearly, the YouTuber-turned-boxer is back into rhythm and has already placed himself at the crux of boxing spotlight once again.
