UFC Paris Pre-Event Facts: Former KSW Double Champion Makes His Debut

Traveling to the breathtaking country of France, UFC Paris is eager to present a handful of some of the top mixed martial arts combatants from L'Hexagone. Taking top billing for the show, lightweight luminary Dan Hooker faces off with former KSW champion and promotional debutant Salahdine Parnasse. In the co-main event, divisional prospects   Farès Ziam and Axel Sola clash for a potential spot in the rankings.

UFC Paris: Losene Keita vs. Muhammad Naimov

Losene Keita

Keita previously competed for Oktagon MMA, where he was that company’s lightweight and featherweight champion, earning the former twice. He was the first fighter to become a two-division title-holder in the organization's history. He made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 270 earlier this past March, where he lost to Nathaniel Wood

His appearance at UFC Paris is the first time he has fought more than once in a year since 2024

Muhammad Naimov
Naimov holds one Performance of the Night bonus. His UFC record stands at 5-2

UFC Paris: Kurtis Campbell vs. Trevor Peek

Kurtis Campbell

Campbell is a former Full Contact Contender featherweight champion with two title defenses. Six of his eight wins have come by stoppage, including five by knockout and one by submission

Trevor Peek

Peek is a fomer Alabama Fighting Championship welterweight and catchweight (180-lb) champion, as well as a Aries Fight Series welterweigth champion with one title defense. He holds one Performance of the Night bous

UFC Paris: Daniil Donchenko vs. Punahele Soriano

Daniil Donchenko

Donchenko is an Ultimate Fighter champion, having won the welterweight bracket on the 33rd season of the show. He is 3-0 in the UFC since making his debut back in 2025. He holds one Performance of the Night bonus. He trains out of famed Muay Thai gym, Tiger Muay Thai.

He has not lost a fight since October 2023

Punahele Soriano

Soriano holds the records for the most ground strikes landed in a UFC bout at 136, most strikes landed in a single UFC round at 184, and the second most total strikes recorded in a UFC welterweight fight at 331. He is 4-0 since dropping down to the welterweight division in 2024

He is a Judo brown belt

UFC Paris: Michael Page vs. Nursulton Ruziboev

Michael Page

Page formerly competed in Bellator, where he amassed a 17-2 record. Under their banner, he holds the company records for most knockout and finish wins in the promotion’s welterweight division, along with having the fourth most victories in organization's history with 17.

He has gone 4-1 in the UFC since making his debut back in 2024. He is a Kung Fu black belt

Nursulton Ruziboev

He boasts the most bouts out of everyone competing at UFC Paris, with him possessing a massive 37-9-2 professional record

34 of his wins have come by stoppage, including 13 by knockout and 21 by submission

He is 9-1 in his last 10 contests

UFC Paris: Farès Ziam vs. Axel Sola

Farès Ziam

Ziam is a former HIT Fighting Championship and Lyon Fighting Championship lightweight champion. He is also a previous International Sport Kickboxing Association ISKA K-1 European Light-middleweight titleholder.

He has been a part of the UFC since 2019, and has garnered notable wins over Jai Herbert, Mike Davis, and Nazim Sadykhov. UFC Paris will be Ziam’s first bout in his native France since 2024.

Axel Sola

Sola is a former Ares FC lightweight champion; he defended his strap four times. He holds one Fight of the Night bonus.

He has won six fights by knockout

UFC Paris: Dan Hooker vs. Salahdine Parnasse

Dan Hooker

Hooker is a former Australian Fighting Championship and Supremacy Fighting Championships lightweight champion, defending the former twice. He holds three Performance of the Night bonuses

Salahdine Parnasse

Parnasse is a former KSW lightweight champion with four title defenses. He was also a two-time featherweight title-bearer under their banner, racking up a combined total of three championship defenses across both reigns. He is the fourth fighter to become a two-division KSW champion

He most recently competed at MVP MMA: Rousey vs. Carano, where he knocked out Kenneth Cross in the first round. His appearance at UFC Paris is the third time he has fought three times in a calendar year since 2021.
