Ketlen Souza Among Three Fighters to Miss Weight Ahead of UFC Vegas 122 on Friday Morning

Ketlen Souza (117 lbs), who is set to face Loopy Godinez (115 1/2 lbs,) came in one pound over the 116-lb nontitle maximum for strawweight bouts. As such, Souza will now cede 20 percent of her wages to Godinez. Souza wasn't the only fighter to surrender some of their pay today.

In addition, lightweight Ismael Bonfim (163 1/2 lbs) missed the 156-lb target by 7 1/2 lbs today, giving up 25 percent of his wages. Bonfim's adversary, Francisco Prado (155 lbs) came in on championship weight for the contest.

Light heavyweight Brendson Ribeiro (208 1/2 lbs) exceeded the 206-lb maximum by 2 1/2 lbs for his bout against Felipe Franco (205 lbs,) who hit the championship target without incident. Ribeiro now relinquishes 20 percent of his purse. All three fighters are disqualified from receiving post-fight bonuses as a result of their respective misses.
