Sean O'Malley showed absolutely no respect to Henry Cejudo in a recent podcast episode while discussing his fight against Payton Talbott.

Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Sean O’Malley is never one to bite his tongue, especially when it comes to his rivals. While breaking down rising prospect Payton Talbott’s recent trajectory in the 135-pound division, "Suga" couldn't resist firing a hilarious shot at former two-division champion Henry Cejudo.

Discussing Talbott's resume ahead of his matchup against Deiveson Figueiredo at UFC 332, O’Malley feigned complete forgetfulness when trying to recall the veteran fighter Talbott previously defeated.

"Payton's coming off a big win over... what's that little fucking guy's name?... Olympic gold medalist... Henry, who is also an undefeated boxer," O’Malley joked, mocking Cejudo’s combat sports credentials.

Bantamweight Banter and Division Prospects

The jab is classic O’Malley, who has traded insults with Cejudo across social media and media appearances for years. Cejudo, a 2008 Olympic freestyle wrestling gold medalist and former flyweight and bantamweight king, suffered a unanimous decision loss to Talbott at UFC 323. The defeat proved to be the final outing of Cejudo’s storied MMA career, leaving his record at 16-6.

For the 28-year-old Talbott, conquering a legendary fighter like Cejudo pushed his professional record to 11-1 and cemented his spot as one of the division’s brightest rising stars. The Reno, Nevada native carries seven knockout victories and holds two Performance of the Night bonuses under the UFC banner.

Meanwhile, O’Malley boasts a 20-3 professional record with 12 knockouts and remains one of the top attractions in mixed martial arts. Though a rumored bout between O’Malley and Talbott failed to materialize earlier in the year due to scheduling conflicts, O’Malley clearly keeps a watchful eye on the division’s up-and-coming talent.

Whether Cejudo bothers responding to the jab remains to be seen, but as long as O’Malley has a platform, "Triple C" won't escape the banter.
