At the newly-renovated Meta Apex, Australian juggernaut Quillan Salkilld set out to make a statement to the rest of the lightweight division by choking out reputable grappler Mateusz Gamrot in the very first round of the UFC Vegas 120 main event.
Also, in the co-main event, Brazilian luminary Carlos Diego Ferreira continued to defy father time by trouncing Billy Quarantillo in a bout that eventually won both men Fight of the Night honors.

Ty Miller
Miller's win over Goff was his eighth win in a row. It was also his fourth victory by knockout.
The triumph also is the highest significant strike differential between two fighters on the entire card, with Miller landing 133 blows to Goff’s 25. He walks away from UFC Vegas 120 with a second consecutive Performance of the Night bonus

Goff's loss to Miller was his third straight loss, with him being finished in his last two fights. His UFC record now stands at 1-3.
UFC Vegas 120: Alexia Thainara def. Amanda Lemos
Alexia Thainara
Thainara's win over Lemos was her 13th consecutive victory since November 2019. It's also her seventh by decision. Her triumph over Lemos saw her record the most significant strikes she has landed in a non-Contender Series contest at 81.
She remains undefeated in the UFC after making her debut last year, winning four matches in a row.
Amanda Lemos
Her loss to Thainara marked her third straight loss since March 2025, though the defeat stands as her first in that skid that wasn’t against a former or future title challenger
She is now 1-4 in her last four bouts
UFC Vegas 120: Yadier del Valle def. Darren Elkins
Yadier del Valle
del Valle's win over Elkins sent him back to the win column after a disappointing setback to Jordan Leavitt last February. It was also the fastest stoppage of both his amateur and professional careers at 35 seconds. Seven of his 11 wins have now come by way of finish.
Darren Elkins
Elkins retires from MMA having lost two consecutive fights by knockout, losing also previously to Julian Erosa last year. He walks away from the sport with a professional record of 29-13.
He exits the promotion with a UFC record of 19-12.

Ferreira's win over Quarantillo is his 20th victory as a professional. It's also the most takedowns he had landed in a UFC contest with 4
His performance earned him his third Fight of the Night bonus

Quarantillo's loss to Ferreira was his third straight defeat. He has now been without a win since August 2023. The setback is his first loss at lightweight since April 2016.
His UFC record now stands at an even 6-6.

Quillan Salkilld
Salkilld's win over Gamrot is his 13th successive victory. It's also his fifth by submission, making his fourth consecutive triumph by finish.
He walks away from UFC Vegas 120 with a Performance of the Night award, making it his fourth in a row.
Mateusz Gamrot
Gamrot's loss to Salkilld marked his second submission defeat in his last three fights, making it only the second time in his professional career that he had been stopped. He is now 3-2 in main event bouts.
His UFC record now stands at 9-5
